Back to that same spot

I went back to River Chase to do a painting. Last week I had only brought a camera.  Today the weather is great, and was excited to paint this scene.  I painted it looking down a creek that feeds the Guadalupe River.  Evergreen cedars of all colors and value frame a sweet little shallow creek full of warms against cools. My kinda stuff
